About The Position

Western Branch Diesel, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, has an opening for Fleet Service Diesel Mechanics/ Technicians of all levels at our location in Richmond, Virginia. This individual can be just starting out in their career or have years of experience. Indel Power Group is a distributor/dealer for major brands such as mtu, Detroit Diesel, Allison Transmission, Cummins, Caterpillar, Volvo Penta, Freightliner, Western Star, Isuzu, Autocar, and Crane Carrier to name a few. Requirements

• Experience in diesel mechanics or willingness to learn
• Ability to use OEM software and tools
• Strong commitment to safety and cleanliness

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled tasks in the diagnosis of malfunctions, repairs, preventative maintenance, adjustments, and overhauls
• Use OEM software, tools, and technologies to maintain, diagnose, and complete repairs to promptly address and resolve customer vehicle or equipment concerns
• Commitment to safety and cleanliness
• Maintain open communication with management team regarding job status, updates, and changes
