Performs all non-safety critical functions of school bus repair, assists mechanics as necessary. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 hours first shift Payrate: $20/hr

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Possess a small set of hand tools, increasing as training progresses
• Ability to learn and perfect maintenance skills
• Physical ability to work in the trade
• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing tasks cleaning of filters.
• Replaces bulbs.
• Lubricates equipment.
• Removes wheels and tires.
• Changes fluids in buses.
• Any other maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Repairs floors , seat backs, and coverings
• Replace mirrors and some exterior panels
• Add and remove decals
