About The Position
Preventative maintenance and repair of Transportation equipment and Hydraulic systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more consistently.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on all transportation equipment
- Perform basic maintenance duties (PM Trucks and Trailers, lights, Brakes)
- Reading troubleshooting guides
- Operating various types of maintenance equipment
- A clear understanding and adherence to safety rules and regulations.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions (both inside and outside, varying heights)
- Team player
- A clear understanding and adherence to safety rules and regulations.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions (both inside and outside, varying heights)
- Complete a list of Omni chosen classes to obtain your Diesel tech Cert from Ivy Tech. Work at an Omni shop, getting hands-on knowledge.
- All other tasks as assigned.
