About The Position

Maschmeyer Concrete is seeking experienced, reliable, and efficient Fleet Maintenance Technicians join our teams at Ready-Mix Concrete Plants in major cities throughout Florida. Prior experience in the ready-mix concrete industry or with heavy-duty trucks is preferred. Requirements

• 3+ years of mechanic experience
• Experience with heavy-duty (Class 8) trucks, preferred
• Experience in the ready-mix concrete industry, preferred
• Valid Driver License with driving record that meets company standard, CDL License preferred
• Possess set of tools
• Able to work 7 days a week, with the majority of the work performed outdoors and in all weather conditions

Nice To Haves

• Experience with heavy-duty (Class 8) trucks
• Experience in the ready-mix concrete industry
• CDL License

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs in a timely manner
• Identify and accurately triage repairs
• Safely operate company vehicle to provide roadside assistance to disabled fleet
• Travel to other plants within Region as necessary
