Requirements

Proven experience in heavy-duty engine overhaul and component-level repair
Proficiency with major OEM diagnostic software
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Commitment to high-quality craftsmanship and shop safety
3 years work experience as a diesel technician

Responsibilities

Execute full disassembly, inspection, and rebuilding of diesel engines to OEM specifications
Utilize Detroit, Cummins, CAT, and Navistar software for complex electronic and mechanical troubleshooting
Test, measure, and analyze engine components; perform detailed failure analysis to determine root causes
Maintain clear, proactive coordination with service writers, parts departments, and management
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace at our specialized Engine Center
