We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Bus Mechanic who knows their way around diesel engines and takes pride in doing things the right way. If you're someone who can tackle tough jobs, stay positive under pressure, and work well with a team, we want to meet you.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience performing repair & maintenance work especially (buses, trucks, or heavy equipment)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• A self-starter who can take on tasks without needing step-by-step guidance
• Tech-savvy enough to use modern diagnostic tools and software
• Reliable, positive, and easy to work with—teamwork is huge here
• Willing to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges as we grow
• Must have or be willing and able to get a CDL with applicable endorsements (We can help if needed!)

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain, buses to ensure safe and reliable operation
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake work, tire rotations, and more
• Assist with inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
• Keep clear records of work completed and parts used
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure vehicles are road-ready and compliant
