Duke University is seeking a Diesel & Bus Mechanic to help keep our fleet safe, reliable, and ready to serve the campus community. In this hands‑on role, you’ll perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on diesel and gasoline‑powered buses and other fleet equipment—supporting daily operations that keep Duke moving. You’ll work in a team‑oriented environment, apply your technical expertise across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and contribute to consistent maintenance standards.
