Die Setter

Eastern Sintered Alloy is looking for dedicated Die Setters to join our team in Saint Marys, Pennsylvania. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. As a Die Setter, you will be responsible for setting up and adjusting dies in our production machinery, ensuring that they are properly aligned and functioning to meet production specifications. You will work closely with machine operators and supervisors to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently. The position requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality, as the accuracy of die settings directly impacts the quality of the finished product. The Die Setter will be expected to perform routine maintenance on dies and machinery, troubleshoot any issues that arise during production, and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance. You will also be responsible for documenting production data and reporting any discrepancies to your supervisor. This position is available on 2nd and 3rd shifts, providing flexibility for those who may prefer non-traditional working hours. Pay for this position will depend on experience, and we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our company.
