Accord Carton is seeing a qualified Die-Cutting Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operations of die-cutting press to produce high-quality cut materials. Requirements

Experience operating die-cutting machinery (Bobst preferred).
Strong understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically able to perform the requirements of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate die-cutting presses according to job specifications.
Maintain consistent production speeds while meeting quality standards.
Inspect materials throughout the process, ensuring accurate cuts and identifying any defects.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks and report any equipment malfunctions.
Keep your work area clean and organized.
May assist with loading and unloading materials.
May be required to work with other team members to achieve production goals.
