About The Position

As our Die Cutting Machine Specialist, you’ll be the go-to pro for flatbed operations—keeping quality high and throughput steady. What you’ll tackle Set up, operate, and optimize flatbed die cutters to meet exact specifications. Run a 40" Bobst flatbed press and related equipment with confidence. Audit quality during runs; take corrective actions when needed. Handle routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent delays. Coordinate with the production team to elevate efficiency and consistency. Keep your area safe, organized, and inspection-ready. Log production data accurately and communicate issues promptly. Coach and support new operators to accelerate their success. When you’ll work 2nd shift, four 10-hour days: Mon - Thu 2pm - 12am What you bring High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing training is a plus. Background as a Flatbed Diecutter Operator or similar machinery experience. Strong mechanical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documentation. Detail orientation with an unwavering focus on quality. Comfort working quickly while meeting firm deadlines. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
