About The Position

Cenveo is a leading North American manufacturer of envelopes . We are hiring immediately for a 2nd shift Die Cutter in our Mt. Pleasant, PA manufacturing plant. Must be able to train on 1st shift The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of previous work experience in a manufacturing environment. Cenveo offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Job Summary Operates die-cutting machines to provide properly cut envelope blanks to meet production standards.

Requirements

Must train on 1st
Minimum educational requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of six months previous manufacturing experience
Basic written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to work at a rapid pace.
Basic math skills and the ability to accurately read a ruler.

Nice To Haves

Preferred one or more year's previous manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

Reviews job tickets to determine type, description, grade, weight of paper, die, quantity to cut.
Programs and adjusts cutting, as well as operates auto die cutting machines.
Reports all damaged and/or rejected materials.
Remains within waste standard; segregate, weigh and record waste.
Performs preventative maintenance on machines.
Maintains set production standards for quality and quantity.
Complies with safety rules and regulations (includes safety attire)
Maintains housekeeping in work area (sweeps, removes waste, other)
Other duties as assigned.
