Requirements
- Die cutter experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain cutting machines to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Verify material dimensions, inspect finished products, and ensure compliance with work orders.
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance or blade replacements as needed.
- Maintain accurate production and maintenance records using PC or tablet systems.
- Identify and report defective materials or unsafe conditions, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist, train, and support team members while promoting continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
