About The Position

Operates offline die cutter machine to produce printed folding carton material per customer specs. Troubleshoots, monitors, and adjusts machine for pressure, register, and precision; performs make-ready tasks; clears jams; oversees technicians; ensures efficient loading/unloading. Minimum 3 years folding carton die cutting experience with blanking capability required. High school diploma/GED, basic computer/math skills, strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Run die cutter, resolve defects, maintain speed/quality.
• Review output for accuracy; complete checklists; uphold ISO, cGMP, HACCP standards.
• Follow OHSE safety policies, use PPE, handle hazards properly.
• Communicate professionally, lead team, conduct meetings, provide training/feedback.
