About The Position

Join our high-energy team and keep the product moving. You’ll pull finished goods from conveyors, stage them in the right bays, and pick/load outbound orders (with occasional hand stacking). Own shift production tracking, support physical inventory counts, and collaborate across shifts with Shipping, Maintenance, and Supervisors to solve problems fast. If you thrive on safety, clean work, reliable attendance (including overtime), and want to grow in an inclusive, innovative, and accountable culture—this role is for you.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain current OSHA Certified Powered Industrial Vehicle operator license.
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must have exhibited excellent attendance in prior work history and be committed to maintaining such attendance. This is a key qualification, due to the unusual nature of the operation.
  • Observe safety and security procedures, report potentially unsafe conditions, and use equipment and materials properly.
  • Accurately count and perform basic math functions, including mental calculation of simple equations and/or fractions.
  • Must be able to sufficiently read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts/clamp trucks to keep finished goods flowing—pulling product from multiple conveyors and placing it into the right warehouse bays.
  • Own order fulfillment: pick the correct inventory and load outbound trucks, rolling up your sleeves for occasional hand stacking.
  • Track your shift’s production against tallies and participate in physical inventory counts to keep numbers tight and accurate.
  • Solve problems fast: review cross-shift data to spot equipment/material issues and coordinate with Shipping, Supervisors, and Maintenance for quick fixes.
  • Champion safety and housekeeping: read and act on warning signals, keep tools/equipment properly stored, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
  • Be rock-solid reliable: on-time attendance, required hours, mandatory overtime, and occasional shift coverage when needed.
  • Stay safety-smart: remain current on plant guidelines, participate in department/plant safety meetings, and take corrective action when needed.
  • Keep operations sharp: record events in maintenance and department logs to ensure smooth, efficient warehouse performance.
  • Support broader goals: carry out environmental, quality, energy, and administrative responsibilities that keep our operation at its best.
  • Drive the highest levels of employee retention and engagement to ensure a sustainable workforce.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the organization.
  • Instill an environment of inclusion, where all employees feel that they can contribute and impact the company in a positive manner.
