About The Position

This position is for a Die Cleaner PVC B Crew, responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance, and cleaning of dies. Key duties include the shut-down, dismantling, cleaning, and start-up of machines, as well as adhering to a set cleaning schedule. The role also involves performing housekeeping in the tool area, communicating with Supervisors, Operators, and Maintenance regarding die functionality and supply needs, and maintaining data on color usage. The successful candidate must strictly follow all plant safety procedures. Responsibilities

• Ensure proper die functioning in relation to maintenance and cleaning, including shut-down, dismantling, cleaning, and start-up of machine.
• Understand and follow set cleaning schedule for dies.
• Perform housekeeping duties in tool area.
• Keep Supervisor informed of any tools/supplies needed, and informed of any tooling issues.
• Communicate with Operators, Maintenance, and Supervisors about functioning of dies.
• Maintain data and complete paperwork on color usage as required.
• Follows all plant safety procedures in order to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
