About The Position

Come work in a historical building along the Middlesex Canal and join us in making advanced aluminum die cast parts for aerospace, medical devices, robotics, and defense. We are looking for a lead person in our Die Casting Department. This is an entry-level leadership position with the opportunity to learn about the casting process and grow into an advanced technician, a supervisor, or both. No casting experience is required. Our Die Cast Lead is responsible for overseeing operators and production, performing machine setups, supporting quality control, and running production equipment. We'll teach you machine setup and startup, robot programming, process monitoring and engineering, and metrology. This role is essential in ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.
