About The Position
The Sr. Merchandising Manager for Women’s will work within the Global Product Team, covering all regions and leading the merchandising strategy and execution for our Women’s Workwear category. This role requires a strategic and innovative individual with a strong background in merchandising, particularly in Women’s apparel, and a keen understanding of market trends and consumer needs. They will collaborate closely with design, product development, marketing, sales and regional merchandising teams. The primary responsibility is to lead the seasonal merchandising execution, ensuring product assortments meet market demands and align with the brand’s vision and business objectives. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Workwear Merchandising.
