As a member of the Dickies Commercial Leadership team, the Sr. Director, Planning will lead teams responsible for comprehensive planning and analytics for the Americas region. The role involves managing the GTM process and tools in collaboration with Dickies Sales Leadership Team members and cross-functional departments, setting timelines, and driving accountability for GTM execution. The Sr. Director will also manage seasonal and monthly planning and forecasting processes, lead seasonal Demand Planning activities, and collaborate with Finance and Sales teams to lead revenue tracking processes. Additionally, the position requires overseeing reporting and analysis for all channels and training internal sales teams on retail metrics.
