About The Position
The Sales Associate position is a vital role within the Store Operations department, reporting directly to the Store Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities include selling and providing excellent customer service, assisting in daily store operations, and performing various tasks as assigned by supervisors. The Sales Associate will help achieve monthly sales goals through personal selling and will be trained to ensure high standards of customer service. This role also involves merchandising, maintaining store appearance, and protecting company assets.
