About The Position

The primary responsibility of this position is to support the workflow of the business as needed by directly working on the tasks assigned to ensure that production goals are met in a timely manner. A building leader will direct the associate as they rotate through various positions on the warehouse floor. Associates will use a variety of digital and physical tools to perform the work as well as systematically track all assigned work throughout the shift. The Operations Driver will be tasked with lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, stacking and performing various functional movements in the pursuit of moving the VF products around the warehouse to achieve our production goals. Additionally, this role will also serve as a transporter of bulk goods using PIT equipment.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of related professional experience.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English to understand commands.
• Ability to perform simple arithmetic functions for verifying goods and products.
• Familiarity with digital tools including RF guns, computers, tablets, and radios.
• Familiarity with PIT equipment and general OSHA standards is preferred.

• Formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees.
