About The Position

Centers for Dialysis Care is currently seeking Dialysis Technician Trainees to join our team. We offer a FREE comprehensive Dialysis Training Program where you will be paid to train in dialysis. If you are already an OCDT, you will receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus. This position is ideal for those looking for a rewarding healthcare career.

Requirements

• Excellent work history
• Patient care or Phlebotomy experience is a plus
• Successful completion of college-level English, Mathematics, and Science
• Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Highly motivated and attentive to details
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule including both day and evening shifts

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in healthcare or patient care
• Certification as an OCDT

Responsibilities

• Participate in a sixteen-week paid formal training program
• Complete onsite clinical introduction to the unit
• Engage in classroom and onsite clinical instruction
• Work with a preceptor during onsite clinical training
• Maintain a 78% cumulative average on exams and pass clinical competencies
• Demonstrate excellent attendance throughout the training program
