About The Position
Trilogy Health Services, an innovative senior living company is looking for a Master Social Worker to join the Dialysis team at our health campus. The goal of our Master Social Worker is to promote social functioning, psychological adjustment, and overall well-being in each renal patient. The Master Social Worker will provide social services to patients and their families in a timely and efficient manner to order to promote maximum social functioning and psychological adjustment to dialysis and rehabilitation of the patient. Services provided will follow the Code of Ethics for Social Worker.
