About The Position
The Staff Nurse position at DaVita is a full-time role that includes a 10-week paid training program to prepare you for working on the floor. This is not a seasonal role. The RN will serve as a team leader, thriving in a high acuity team environment. The position requires a rotating base schedule of 3 days a week, with a minimum of 30 hours. Nurses should be comfortable working some weekends based on team needs, with starting and ending times ranging from 4:00 am to 6:00 pm, and average hours between 12 to 14 hours a day. The RN will oversee a group of up to 16 dialysis patients, partnering with up to 4 fully trained PCTs.
