About The Position

DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. You can make an exceptional difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. This position is for our Minerva Park Dialysis in Columbus, Ohio Some details about this position: Clinic Operational Hours: M/W/F 4:45a - 7:00p, T/Th/S 6:30a - 6:00p PCTs expected shifts for this clinic: 3-4 days/week with a minimum of two Saturdays/month and can be asked to start as early as 4:00 am Hours of work may vary during the training period; however, you will typically be working between 32-40 hours per week during training You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday Paid training: DaVita offers all new dialysis teammates a robust, paid training program to help you learn the right dialysis skills. The training is a mix of classroom and hands on training. Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic Float to various facilities during and after your training You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays What you can expect: Build meaningful and long term relationships with patients and their family in an intimate outpatient setting. Requirements

Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required
Current CPR certification required
IV certification required if required by state regulations
High school diploma or equivalent required
Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; functional proficiency in computer systems of DaVita within 90 days of hire required)
