About The Position

The Dialer Dialer-Inside Sales is responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls using the company’s dialing system to connect with borrowers and potential clients. This role focuses on contacting existing borrowers for refinancing opportunities, reaching out to new prospects, and ensuring efficient call handling to support the sales and loan origination teams. P – Producer (focus on results & execution) Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads. Handle inbound calls promptly and professionally. Screen and qualify leads for alignment with loan products. Follow up with clients to keep the pipeline active. Research and verify information about loan applicants as required. Basic Office functions include but not limited to assisting LO with making copies, follow-up phone calls, collecting and inputting data into the system, ordering of items needed for completion of loan files. A – Administrator (focus on systems & processes) Maintain accurate notes and updates in CRM/tracking systems. Provide regular call and activity reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Collecting and inputting data into the system (also applicable here) – Ensures accuracy and proper documentation. I – Integrator (focus on people & culture) Build long-term client contact when appropriate to support trust and brand loyalty. Work closely with company Loan Officers to ensure proper communication with clients.

Requirements

  • Excellent phone, communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Understanding of the mortgage industry required.
  • English Fluency language required.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in operations area in the company.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands on experience with various processes preferred.
  • Some college, experience and/or applicable certifications preferred.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CMS preferred.
  • Bilingual/Spanish preferred.
