About The Position

Atrium Health is seeking a Diagnostic Ultrasound Technologist to join our team in Huntersville/Cornelius. This full-time position will focus on providing high-quality ultrasound services in the OBGYN department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and maintaining equipment. Requirements

• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in OBGYN ultrasound preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with 3D/4D ultrasound technology.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations on patients as per physician orders.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment effectively.
