About The Position

Under general supervision, performs routine diagnostic procedures and may have individual responsibility for training and leading the work of other employees, with the knowledge, intensity and responsibilities as specified on the attached Job Description/Performance Review. To identify each patient's requirements relative to his or her age specific needs. Willingly performs other duties as requested.

Requirements

• AAS in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
• NYS license/registration and ARRT (must obtain within 1 year of appointment)
• one year experience as a radiologic technologist
• current CPR certification required
• Needs a Limited Permit by time of appointment if NYS License/Registration hasn't be obtained yet.

Nice To Haves

• ARRT (must obtain within 1 year of appointment) preferred.
