English Version: We are seeking a goal-oriented and dedicated Diabetes Solution Manager to strengthen our team and cover the regions of Trøndelag, Nordland and Troms. As a Diabetes Solution Manager, you will play a key role in implementing and selling our innovative diabetes solutions to healthcare professionals and pharmacies. We are looking for a structured, relationship-driven salesperson who aspires to deliver high value in a challenging and rewarding market. The Diabetes Solution Manager reports to the Sales Lead Diabetes Care.

  • Fluent in Norwegian (written and oral) and proficient in English, as we operate in a global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Distriktsansvar: Eget salgs- og omsetningsansvar for Trøndelag, Nordland og Troms.
  • Kundefokus: Salg og opplæring av våre blodsukkerapparater og det nye segmentet CGM (kontinuerlig glukosemåling) mot sykehus, legekontor og apotek.
  • Aktivitet: Høy reisevirksomhet og kundebesøk for å sikre markedsvekst og kundetilfredshet.
  • Strategi: Strukturert planlegging og gjennomføring av salgsstrategier for å oppnå budsjettmål.
  • Full sales and revenue responsibility for Trøndelag, Nordland, and Troms.
  • Sales and training for our blood glucose monitors and the new CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring) segment, targeting hospitals, medical clinics, and pharmacies.
  • High level of travel and customer visits to ensure market growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Structured planning and execution of sales strategies to achieve budget targets.
