BayCare is currently in search of our newest Diabetes Nurse Educator who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse License (RN) is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 2 years of Registered Nurse experience is required.
• CDCES certification is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in diabetes self-management training.

Responsibilities

• Implement clinical and education programs related to diabetes self-management training.
• Be responsible for quality improvement initiatives.
• Conduct research activities and serve as an expert resource for both patients and providers.
• Manage the ADA Recognized Program process and community support programs.
