About The Position

Responsible for utilizing established guidelines and protocols to assist in management of inpatient diabetes. The role includes patient education as well evaluation of glycemic control. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience including diabetes care, required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Clinical Dietetics or a related field from an accredited school required.
  • Current Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, required.
  • Current State of Wisconsin Certified Dietitian, required.
  • Registered by the American Association of Diabetes Educators as a Certified Diabetes Educator or obtained within 3 years of hire or transfer, required.

Nice To Haves

  • Five years of clinical experience including diabetes care, preferred.
