Significance Inc. is seeking a DIA Facilities SME to support an upcoming federal program (contingent upon award). This role will be onsite at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling in Washington, DC and requires an active Top Secret Clearance. This role supports the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) by providing financial and project management support to enhance mission readiness and operational effectiveness. Responsibilities may include budget analysis, program oversight, reporting, and support to planning and execution of mission-critical initiatives across DIA operations. Supports Individual Delivery Individual Quantity (IDIQ) requirements and Energy Resilience Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP) requirements. Develops and coordinates projects. Analyzes studies on existing systems. Prepares justifications for resiliency/energy system modifications. Reviews and evaluates the overall effects of equipment and system changes. Performance of this contract includes worldwide travel including the USCENTCOM AOR and other locations as required for completion of tasks directly related to this scope.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in varying specialty career fields to include ARCHIBUS software systems expert, Facilities Condition Assessments career field expert, LT. Data/programmer career field expert, Licensed Professional Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Fire Protection, Civil) and Data Center career field expert
  • The SME will often possess industry certifications to include Project Management Professional (PMP) and DA WIA certification
  • A Subject Matter Expert holds a Bachelor's degree and often possesses advanced degrees
  • Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction at the program level
  • Manage large, complex projects
  • Design, implementation and management of business operations, or strategy projects
  • PE's shall interface with the client on program issues
  • active Top Secret Clearance
