Getting Started Your First 90 Days All new hires begin with a 90-day introductory period. Think of it as a trial run for both of us — a chance for you to get up to speed, and for us to make sure it's a mutual fit before we both commit long-term. During this time, all agents work fully in-office. This isn't a formality — it's how we set people up to succeed. You'll have direct access to your team, hands-on training, and the support you need to hit the ground running. After 90 Days If we move forward together and you're meeting your sales goals and productivity metrics, a hybrid schedule becomes available — with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. Requirements

  • Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) license required (active or inactive)
  • Proven sales experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hustle required: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work a minimum of 37 hours per week
  • In-office attendance for a minimum of 6-months - Newly hired employees are considered Office Agents in Training for the first several months of employment. A key requirement of this position is the ability to work from our office located in Las Colinas, Irving, TX.
  • Comfort with technology is a must. Our work is done on a computer, and you should be able to get yourself up and running without hand-holding — logging in, navigating browsers, managing passwords, and figuring things out as they come up.

  • Inside Sales experience (sales via phone, email and text)

Responsibilities

  • Help renters find apartments that match their rental preferences
  • Work 180+ new leads per month (we provide the leads)
  • Maintain your database of prospects (past, present and future) using our proprietary software
  • Close leases and achieve quarterly sales quotas
  • 100+ calls per day. Frequent follow up via phone, email and text message
