Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education or significant related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage administrative procedures and systems.
  • Oversee office operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems (both electronic and physical).
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents as required.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for management and staff.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff, delegating tasks as needed.
  • Handle inquiries from employees, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating training.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Provide high-level support to the Accounting and Administration department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
