As an Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our daily operations running efficiently while supporting our drivers, office teams, and customers. You’ll partner closely with the General Manager and leadership team to ensure service excellence, compliance, and a great employee experience. Schedule: Monday – Saturday (4:30AM Start time) Role requires obtaining a DOT Medical Card DFS: Direct from Store (OMs drive to support teams and development) Travel: Ability to commute between Louisville to Gray/Jonesborough. On call daily supporting the teams on the field, may travel up to 100 miles (Mileage Reimbursement), must have experience in management and transportation.
