Schneider Electric is seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join us as a Senior Reliability Engineer (Design for Safety and Reliability (DfSR) Practitioner). This role is perfect for those with experience in practicing and applying Design Reliability and Robustness processes and tools across several squads in its line of business or in its Hub to ensure that products and solutions are designed to be safe, robust, and reliable. As a Design for Safety and Reliability Practitioner at Schneider Electric, you will have the opportunity to lead the implementation of Design for Reliability and Robustness processes, tools, and software across multiple squads, ensuring that Schneider Electric products and solutions are designed to be safe, robust, and reliable. You will drive the adoption of key stakeholders on the business's DfSR practices within their squads, fostering a culture of safety and reliability at the core of our design processes. Additionally, you will assess and identify critical elements of offers at the design level, developing logical DfSR risk assessment plans based on safety, robustness, and reliability perspectives. You will also develop, execute, and report on DfSR plans regularly, ensuring that our products consistently meet the highest standards of reliability and safety. Furthermore, you will train and coach the design engineering community with DfSR methodologies and tools, empowering them to achieve robustness and reliability targets and driving continuous improvement.
