As an DEX Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the day to dayday-to-day operations of a Managed DEX team comprising onshore and offshore resources. You will be a certified Nexthink expert, possessing Nexthink certifications in: Nexthink Partner Product Certification and Nethink Partner DEX Managed Services Certification. You will have 2+ years experienceyear’s experience as an administrator of Nexthink’s Infinity platform and experience leading and managing teams of technical teammates. Insight’s Managed DEX provides value to customers through deflection of Service Desk Incidents shifting IT support from Reactive to Proactive while improving end-user experience with IT.
