About The Position

Dragonfli Group is a cybersecurity and IT consulting firm providing services to federal agencies and Fortune 100 enterprises. Headquartered in Washington, DC, Dragonfli supports clients in securing mission-critical systems across on-site, hybrid, and fully remote environments. We are seeking an experienced Contract DevSecOps Pipeline & Tooling Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This is a contract opportunity supporting critical DevSecOps and CI/CD tooling operations across cloud and enterprise platforms. In this role, you will serve as a hands-on technical contributor responsible for building and maintaining pipeline templates, administering key DevOps tools, and driving automation across the software delivery lifecycle. You will work closely with development and security teams to ensure pipelines are performant, secure, and reliable — triaging failures, performing root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable solutions. Your expertise in security tooling optimization and repository onboarding automation will directly support the organization's commitment to secure, efficient software delivery. This role is ideal for a self-directed engineer who thrives in a remote contract environment, brings a strong foundation in DevSecOps practices, and is comfortable operating across multiple platforms and toolchains simultaneously. This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipeline engineering, or related tooling support roles. U.S. citizenship is required.
