  • Implement and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure, ensuring platforms meet performance, resiliency, and compliance expectations.
  • Develop and enhance automation to improve system reliability, scalability, and delivery velocity, leveraging DevSecOps best practices.
  • Proactively identify system inefficiencies, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve issues in a timely manner to maintain service availability and performance. Contribute to technology selection and architectural evolution by evaluating tools, patterns, and approaches, and providing informed recommendations based on hands-on experience.
  • Participate in the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of team development and operational practices, including security, quality, and reliability standards. Stay current with relevant technologies and tools, sharing knowledge and best practices with team members to support continuous learning and platform maturity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience in a DevSecOps, with demonstrated contributions to production systems and platforms.
