About The Position
CTG is seeking to fill a DevOps Project Manager position for our client. Location: Jersey City, NJ Duration: 9 months Overview: Manage end-to-end DevOps and Application Operations projects, including security frameworks, middleware deployment, monitoring, and transitions from build to run/operate phases. Lead incident, problem, and change management while driving automation and productivity improvements.
Requirements
- Strong leadership in project and operations management.
- Experience with DevOps, security frameworks, middleware, and monitoring tools.
- Proven track record in incident, problem, and change management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
Nice To Haves
- PMP or ScrumMaster certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee DevOps platform implementation and middleware support.
- Track project scope, milestones, tasks, risks, and dependencies.
- Establish governance and progress reporting structures.
- Build stakeholder relationships and engage cross-functional teams.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
