Position Description: As a member of the Technology team, the DevOps Manager assumes a pivotal hands-on position, responsible for driving deployment automation, managing client-facing cloud infrastructure, ensuring site reliability, and upholding security standards. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record of managing teams and projects, automating security protocols, proactively identifying vulnerabilities during development phases, and guaranteeing the security and compliance of applications, systems, and infrastructure. Leading a team of Site Reliability and DevOps Engineers, the DevOps Manager will spearhead the establishment of standard operating procedures, surpass service level agreements, and meticulously adhere to change management protocols by fostering collaboration and enhancing automation.
