The Role Encompass is seeking a motivated and passionate DevOps Manager to lead our DevOps organization and own the infrastructure that powers our customer-facing and internal systems. This role blends people leadership, technical vision, and hands-on execution in a highly cross-functional environment. As DevOps Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and evolving our AWS-based architecture, ensuring high performance, security, scalability, and reliability across our platforms. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer, Sales, Marketing, Services, Finance, and external partners to deliver resilient and cost-effective infrastructure solutions.
