About The Position

At Talentus Global, we are looking for you! We are a U.S. company with a strong presence in LATAM and across 20+ countries around the world. Some of our key near-shore BPO services include: smart-sourcing, dedicated or cluster teams, managed IT services, software outsourcing, and top ERP & CRM solutions—driven by our practices across many industries, including Higher Education. We are currently looking for a DevOps Lead, to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team!

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in DevOps, with experience in Microsoft C#, Azure Cloud Services.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure and all the services available.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform).
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is required.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Application Insights).
  • Strong understanding of version control systems (Git) and branching strategies.
  • Familiarity with security best practices in DevOps (DevSecOps).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
  • Must have experience working for US clients

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of DevOps practices for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related systems.
  • Define and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar.
  • Oversee environment strategy, release management, and deployment processes across multiple environments.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to ensure smooth and reliable delivery.
  • Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation for scalable and repeatable deployments.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability, ensuring rapid incident response and resolution.
  • Establish and enforce DevOps best practices, standards, and governance.
  • Manage version control, branching strategies, and code repository structures.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and data protection across the DevOps lifecycle.
