This role blends team leadership with platform oversight and cross-functional coordination. DevOps manager will lead teams focused on infrastructure, automation, and deployments. Bridge Teams: Unify Dev, Ops, Security, and Product for shared goals. Technical Strategy: Ensure architecture supports rapid, reliable releases (e.g., A/B testing, frequent deployments). Tool Expertise: Understand and leverage version control, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab). Workflow Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle (plan, code, build, test, deploy, monitor, feedback) using Agile/Lean principles.
