We are a dynamic and fast-growing company seeking passionate and innovative individuals to join our team! Resonate is hiring a DevOps Engineer to support our Engineering team.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or a closely related field plus 6 months’ experience in CI/CD: GitHub Actions, deployment automation or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or a closely related field plus 5 years’ experience in CI/CD: GitHub Actions, deployment automation.
  • Must also include 6 months experience in each of the following: Cloud: AWS; IaC: Terraform, IaC governance patterns; Automation: Python, Bash, AWS Lambdas, AWS Step Functions; Build Tools: Gradle, SBT, pip, and uv; CloudWatch metrics/logs, Grafana/Influx DB dashboards, alerting and runbooks; Security/compliance: least-privilege IAM, Secrets Manager/Parameter Store, KMS encryption, audit logging; Right-sizing/auto-scaling; Code reviews, internal docs/presentations; Containers & Orchestration: Docker; Linux administration & shell scripting; Infra troubleshooting & requirements scoping; Custom metrics/export pipelines; Cloud cost optimization; Kafka Monitoring/Deployment; MLOps: AWS SageMaker management and model deployment; and Data Engineering Operations: EMR Spark/Scala deployments.
  • Also requires valid Terraform Associate (003) certification.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate planning, design, and day-to-day operations of production and staging platforms.
  • Own CI/CD strategy in GitHub Actions; define and enforce SDLC standards and improve pipeline reliability and developer velocity.
  • Design and govern AWS infrastructure via Terraform module patterns; implement automation for cost and reliability; participate in on-call rotations.
  • Collaborate across teams to promote best practices, conduct code reviews, create documentation, and mentor teammates on DevOps tooling.
  • Develop Python lambdas and AWS step functions to automate manual processes.
