About The Position

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, and managing secure, scalable Azure cloud infrastructure and DevOps pipelines to ensure high availability, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering with a focus on cloud environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including deployment, management, and optimization of Azure resources.
• Proven experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines, particularly using Azure DevOps.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.
• Familiarity with tools like GitLab/GitHub, SonarQube, Vault, and security scanning solutions.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Splunk, and Datadog.
• Knowledge of relational/non-relational databases and enterprise messaging systems like RabbitMQ.
• Understanding of security and compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage Azure resources, including Kubernetes clusters (AKS) and containerized services.
• Optimize performance and cost using monitoring tools.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and ARM.
• Develop automation scripts in PowerShell and Python.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
• Integrate and support tools like GitLab/GitHub, SonarQube, Vault, and security scanning solutions.
• Ensure code quality and secure secrets management.
• Configure monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Splunk, and Datadog for proactive issue detection.
• Manage relational and non-relational databases and enterprise messaging systems like RabbitMQ.
• Enforce identity, access, and network security while conducting audits to maintain compliance with standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
• Participate in agile processes.
• Stay current with Azure and DevOps trends, mentor team members, and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop and test backup and recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
