You are: A DevOps Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and efficient DevOps pipelines and cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to automate workflows, ensure system reliability, and integrate security into the DevOps lifecycle. Leveraging tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Prometheus, you will drive continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring of applications. Your strong technical expertise in cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure as code will be essential to deliver impactful solutions. The Work: As a DevOps Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement scalable DevOps pipelines and manage cloud infrastructure across platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. You will automate workflows using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Terraform, ensuring system reliability, security, and observability. This role involves collaborating with engineering teams to address infrastructure requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows for scalability and efficiency. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell, along with expertise in containerization and orchestration, will be critical to succeed in this role. This role will require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations: Tampa or Columbus.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years of experience working with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for cloud infrastructure management and deployment.
  • A minimum of one year of experience with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for container orchestration and scaling
  • A minimum of one year of experience Linux fundamentals and scripting languages such as Python, Bash or PowerShell
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Nice To Haves

  • Strong knowledge in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Harness, AWS CodeDeploy/CodePipeline, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms for automating continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
  • Experience with Terraform and Ansible for automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
  • Familiarity with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and Splunk for system monitoring and observability.
  • Experience in creating dashboards for monitoring and reporting using tools such as Grafana, Kibana, Datadog, Splunk, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of security and code quality tools such as SonarQube, Checkmarx, and Veracode for integrating security into DevOps workflows.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming (Python, Java)
  • Experience using AI for software development
