About The Position

As a DevOps Engineer at SuperDial, you will own the infrastructure, deployment, and reliability foundations that enable our product and engineering teams to move quickly and safely. You will partner closely with engineering to ensure our systems are secure, observable, and resilient as the company scales. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who wants to build infrastructure the right way early. About the Role: Own and scale SuperDial’s cloud infrastructure and deployment systems on Google Cloud Platform Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable releases Improve system reliability, availability, and performance across environments Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure strong observability Partner with engineering to improve developer experience and deployment workflows Establish infrastructure-as-code and environment management best practices Support security, compliance, and access controls in a healthcare context Manage incident response and postmortems with a focus on learning and prevention Plan for scalability, cost efficiency, and long-term system health 30 / 60 / 90 Day Expectations 30 Days Ramp on SuperDial’s architecture, infrastructure, and deployment workflows Audit existing GCP setup, environments, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring Identify reliability, security, or scaling risks Ship small but meaningful improvements to infrastructure or tooling Build strong relationships with engineering and product teams 60 Days Take ownership of core infrastructure and deployment pipelines Improve CI/CD reliability, speed, and developer experience Implement or strengthen monitoring, logging, and alerting Address high-impact reliability or security gaps Support production releases and incident response with confidence 90 Days Establish a scalable, secure infrastructure strategy aligned with product growth Improve system resilience and availability under increasing load Formalize best practices for infrastructure, deployments, and incident response Proactively plan for scaling, cost optimization, and compliance needs Become the go-to owner for infrastructure and reliability at SuperDial About the Role: 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform or similar) Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Cloud Monitoring, Datadog, or similar) Strong understanding of security best practices and access controls Comfort operating in fast-moving, low-process environments Strong ownership mindset and excellent communication skills Why SuperDial: High ownership over infrastructure and reliability from an early stage Direct impact on product velocity, stability, and customer trust Small, high-caliber team solving meaningful problems in healthcare Competitive compensation and meaningful equity Opportunity to shape DevOps and reliability practices from the ground up Compensation This role offers a competitive base salary in the range of $140,000–$175,000, along with equity, comprehensive benefits, and unlimited PTO. Final compensation will be determined by experience, scope, and level of responsibility.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering
  • Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform or similar)
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Cloud Monitoring, Datadog, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and access controls
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, low-process environments
  • Strong ownership mindset and excellent communication skills
