About The Position

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented DevOps Engineer to join our team! What You'll Be Doing: Design and define IT networks for new or existing computer systems supporting the development team. Perform complex systems development and IT infrastructure design work that may include logical network design, physical network design, manufacturing and development cost projections, and IT systems engineering. Evaluate new network technologies and make recommendations to project managers regarding integrating these technologies into the existing network. Develop documentation on new or existing systems. Write custom HTTP/Rest/DNS/etc. server to solve unique problems. Partner with our testing team in support of network operating security and efficiency.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 8+ years of experience. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• Proficiency Networking
• Knowledgeable of network troubleshooting and design
• Experience with Python, Java Script, GitHub
• Proficient with Windows (any version)
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills with a focus on the creation of technical documentation for testing
