About The Position

We are seeking a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to play a critical role in the design, deployment, maintenance, and security of DevSecOps infrastructure tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system efficiency, addressing interoperability issues, and maintaining optimal performance of operating systems and application dependencies. In this role you will: Integrate security practices, tools, and measures into the entire DevOpspipeline, including development, testing, deployment, and operations. Automate security testing, scanning, and compliance checks throughoutthe development lifecycle. Implement automated security controls such as static code analysis,dynamic application security testing (DAST), container scanning, andvulnerability assessment. Establish mechanisms for continuous monitoring of application andinfrastructure security. Requirements

  • A current Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain a polygraph.
  • 7 years with AS/AA; 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD. Additional four years of experience can be accepted in lieu of a Bachelors degree.
  • Proficiency in Linux-based environments, scripting, and cloud deployment strategies.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with experience in network security, cluster computing, and automation tools.
  • Familiarity with open-source monitoring solutions and DevSecOps best practices.
