Job Description: SCM (DevOps Engineer) Overview : The SCM Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing source control systems, ensuring secure and efficient code management across global environments. This role involves working with GitHub Enterprise, GitLab in AWS, and implementing best practices for webhook and proxy management
Requirements
- Technical proficiency & experienced with GitHub Enterprise administration.
- Technically proficient in GitLab deployment and management in AWS.
- Infrastructure automation using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Knowledge of webhook configuration and proxy management.
- Familiarity with source mirroring techniques for distributed environments.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain GitHub Enterprise environments.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and compliance with security standards.
- Configure and manage webhooks for integrations with CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement proxy settings for secure connectivity and performance optimization.
- Set up and maintain source mirroring across regions (e.g., Yahoo Japan).
- Ensure redundancy and compliance for global development teams.
- Deploy and manage GitLab instances in AWS.
- Support CI/CD workflows and automation for development teams.
